Yotpo is growing fast, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior bookkeeper to join our awesome Finance Team. The Senior bookkeeper will work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth and efficient... operation of the company's financial systems. The Ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, independent person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
• Perform month-end closing and reporting including accrued expense, filling out working papers, accounts reconciliation.
• Maintain bank account ledgers and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare deposits working papers and verify correct classification.
• Responsible for connection with the bank representative, preparing a monthly cashflow forecasting report, cash transfers according to operational data.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports.
• In charge of WHT monthly report, of annual reports to Israeli authorities 856,126.
• Prepare analytical reviews of account records.
• Work closely with Yotpo Global Finance team.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Who You Are:
• At least 10 years of experience as a Bookkeeper (at least 4 years from a high-tech company)
• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1+2)
• Proficiency in NetSuite (at least 3 years) – a must
• Strong Excel skills
• High-level of English
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
