About the role
Reporting to the Business Systems Lead & Business Process & Systems Manager, you will help the business achieve technical implementation of core components for the OSC function. You will examine existing and new systems for improvement, report & manage issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend new system procedures. You will support the technology development, all business requirements & testing and implementation of the OSC function needs. You will capture and analyse the system related functional and non-functional requirements of the business. You will develop and manage testing of delivered system changes and solutions.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Business Information Management

Experience as a business systems analyst or similar

Superior understanding of business processes and the ability to analyse and assess changes and impacts resulting in changes

Highly analytical and proficient in gathering requirements and documenting these for delivery

Ability to convert technical jargons into understandable language to business stakeholders (including business executives)

Comfortable to lead meetings, workshops, or related presentations to facilitate the solution development and deployment

Ability to engage, collaborate and communicate with both business and technical colleagues, across offices and time zones

Customer service orientation

Self-management, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision

Proficiency with relevant software and analysis tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Project

Positive attitude and highly self-motivated

Ability to meet deadlines

Reliability, be approachable and helpful

Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

High attention to detail and strive for a quality output, every time
