Responsibilities
• Evaluate Home Appliances products such as microwaves, fridge, kettle, etc., and communicate with internal parties as to their suitability of sales
• Form strong relationships with suppliers to improve product quality and ease of use in order to drive customer satisfaction, reduce returns and minimize the needs for after-sales-support
• Provide evaluation reports to relevant parties to enable good visibility and effective follow-up
• Provide product evaluation expertise support in order to resolve issues from pre-shipment inspections and after-sales-support teams
• Maintain log record in database to provide high quality of performance and good traceability

Requirements
• DSE / Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Home Appliances product testing, evaluation and compliance on Home Appliances products in manufacturing industry or international sourcing office
• Familiar with European Legal & Performance Standards
• Mature, hardworking and good... problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Good communication skills with different internal and external stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required

18000 - 33000
