The Company:
The Australian division of a global, industry-leading systems integrator that designs, installs and services electronic security, fire alarm and life safety systems.

The Role:
Under general supervision, answer, respond to and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner.

This role provides coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated locations.

The Person:
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills along with familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Security or Construction Industry experience desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years previous call centre, dispatch or... administrative experience required.
You are available immediately to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
