Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist (Contractor)

Our organization is seeking a Georgia licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide full-time teletherapy services to students in PreK through 12th grade. The SLP will work as an independent contractor and will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and documenting progress towards goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the communication skills of students

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and clinical judgment

Provide evidence-based teletherapy services to students using a secure and HIPAA compliant platform

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective services

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress towards goals

Participate in virtual meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices and professional development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Georgia licensure as an SLP

ASHA CCC certification

Georgia Teacher certificate

Experience working with children and adolescents with communication disorders

Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students
