Job Description

Lead the preparation of budgets and cost applications as needed. Ensure all contractual compliance requirements and documents are included in each cost proposal. Manage partners on proposal budgetary assistance, providing guidance and assistance as needed and reviewing their budget submissions for accuracy and completion. Organize and facilitate proposal budget and cost application review sessions. Review grant agreements and modifications to ensure accuracy of budget and special conditions. Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure that proposal budgeting incorporates current and planned... Counterpart pricing. Collaborate on special projects that would contribute to more accurate proposal budgeting Work closely with Counterpart’s Finance and Compliance teams to develop templates. Manage and mentor junior costing and pricing staff. Demonstrated familiarity with pricing under both acquisition and assistance instruments.

Job Requirements

Experience a Minimum of 10 years in the

contractingfield.

Bachelor’s degree / Higher education
