Description

We at Watchtower Solutions, located at unit 219-1118 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 2X6, Canada are looking for a permanent full-time Office Manager NOC 13100.

The Office Manager will have to perform the following duties:

-Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.

-Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

-Carry out administrative activities of establishment, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets.

-Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Wage offered is $28.00 per hour, 40-50 hours per week. The employee will be entitled to 10 days of vacation time per year.

Requirements:

-completion of secondary school is required

-completion of university degree or diploma in business or business management combined with... several years of experience as office manager is required.
