Experience in customizing the career page based on business requirements using JavaScript and CSS. Strong experience in working with XML and data models and configuring Requisition template, Requisition approval workflow, Job profiles builder, families, roles, Metadata configuration, Talent pipeline, Offer approval, etc . Strong experience in creating offer letters without alignment issues. Experience in configuring Integration center, IAS, and IPS configuration. Experience in configuring Data retention policy. Experience in configuring and creating complex reports for success factors recruiting module using advanced reporting, Adhoc reporting, and Dashboards.
