Plant manager (m/f/x) Salus farm Chile

Your tasks:
• You lead our farm with approx. 50 employees (technical and disciplinary management) in line with the company philosophy of the Salus Group. Information about the farm is provided at https://www.saluschile.cl/
• You are responsible for the agricultural production as well as for the downstream processing (drying, preparation)
• You take care of the long-term securing and further development of the successful cultivation of healing and spice plants at our site
• You coordinate needs and strategic issues with the colleagues in Germany

Your profile:
• University degree in the agricultural sector or master of agriculture (m/f/x) desired or relevant training with professional experience in the desired sector
• Work experience and leadership skills suitable for this position
• High level of... horticultural and technical expertise and profound business skills
• Work experience desired in organic agriculture of special crops, preferably healing and spice plants or vegetables
• Team player, improvisation talent, high resilience, good communication skills, courage and enthusiasm to innovate
• Very good Spanish and good English skills in word and written
