Currently we’re recruiting for a BPMS Manager / Senior Consultant to join our team on Middle East projects.

The role:

● Analyzing, designing, developing, maintaining and automating business processes using process automation toolsets (BPM class systems)
● Analyzing, designing, and automating delivery of services using service management class systems
● Defining roles and responsibilities in the context of designed processes and services
● Specifying business rules and policies to guide and streamline execution of process activities
● Recommending processes architecture solutions
● Performing analysis in the field of processes and reports, collecting business and technical requirements
● Researching new technologies to optimize current solutions and to... make them sustainable for the future
● Delivering fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of the market leading IT systems
● Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting IT concepts to customers)

Qualifications:

● 4+ years of professional experience preferably from management consulting companies
● Fluency in English
● Proven experience from business processes re-engineering / optimization projects
● 2+ years of experience as BPMS designer / modeler
● Assess existing processes and services offerings
● Benchmarking existing processes and service offerings
● Develop multi-level process maps using industry standard notations (BPMN 2.0) and tools
● Design and implement service catalog
● Develop Process Cards that capture Process details
● Develop Service Cards that capture Service details
● Define systems functional requirements and reporting requirements based on target processes design
● Knowledge of: BPMN, UML notations and tools
● Understand Digital Transformation and have experience delivering those types of engagements
● Capability of managing communication in a team, moderate discussions and workshops, drawing constructive conclusions, and resolving conflicts
● Open-minded, seeking innovative solutions for common challenges across projects
● Experience in working in agile team
● Higher education in the field of computer science, telecommunications or related preferably

Nice to have:

● Have process automation expertise using Camunda / MS Power / Other BPMS solutions
● Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills
● Experience in software development including back-end and front-end technologies
● Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Rabbit MQ, Kafka
● Understanding of CX and Design Thinking
● Knowledge of UI / UX
