About the Role

We are searching for Management Super Stars to work with our diverse range of bar, bistro, functions, and events staff. You will receive exposure over multiple facets of hospitality which will include a restaurant, bars, nightclub, events, festivals, functions, gaming, distillery and retail all operating on a large scale.

Essentially, you will be fully in charge of the day-to-day running of Brisbane’s biggest Food & Beverage operation, with the opportunity to learn and grow within a large team of experienced staff.

Day-to-Day Can Look Like…

With such a diverse portfolio, no day will be the same working for Eatons Hill Hotel. A few typical responsibilities can include:
• Opening and closing the venue.
• Providing support to the many different areas of the... business.
• Being the main point of contact for guests and staff alike.
• Rostering and staff scheduling.
• Playing a key role in large-scale events, including numerous major outdoor events.

About You

The successful applicant will be working in a busy team environment and responsible for managing multiple staff across a diverse range of areas.

We’re searching for someone who has:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm with an outgoing personality.
• Strong work ethic.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours.

Previous experience is required in:
• A similar role.
• Bar, gaming and TAB.
• Stock handling procedure.
• Cash handling and operating procedures.

Experience in a high-volume environment will be also be highly regarded.
