Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

The Role
• You will be working closely with clients to fill their vacancies (e.g., tech companies) and candidates (e.g., talented individuals looking to be considered for the role)
• Using any means necessary to find talented candidates in the marketplace by using Linked In, Job boards, utilising your own network to discover and attract the right people for the vacancy you are working on.
• Speaking to apparent suitable candidates you have discovered in the marketplace and interviewing them to test their suitability for the role you are working on
• You will also be selling suitable candidates and selling them on the benefits of the current vacancy you are working on

Requirements
• You will need to be excited to be involved in a target driven environment
• You must be able to take full ownership for your own success
• A natural entrepreneurial flair - recruitment is like having a business within a business
• You must have some evidence of achievement in your past e.g., academic, sports, workplace.
• You need to be an excellent communicator as the role is mostly phone based
• A strong work ethic is required and as such must be evidenced by previous employment or evidence of working hard
• A resilient mindset, attitude, and inherent competitive nature - a sporting background is preferred to evidence this.
