HR Recruitment Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES For all LEMO locations in Switzerland, based on Group priority needs, ensure autonomously the smooth running of the recruitment process. Work closely with HRBPs to understand business needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Edit vacancy advertisement for... internal/external and utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Carry out the first screening of the applications and pre-interviews assessments. Present qualified professionals, who fit the team composition and bring the right expertise for the role. Plan and organise interviews with the line Managers. Recommend techniques and selection criteria for interviewing and assessing applicants. Coordinate test and references. Prepare offers, together with the HRBPs, and extend offers of employment, give feedback to the candidates, and organise the induction program with Training & Development Specialists.
Participation in the improvement process of the recruitment process and tools. Participation in ad-hoc HR projects, such as the harmonization and digitalization of the recruitment process throughout the Company. PROFILE Up to 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, experience in recruiting in the industrial field and recruitment agency would be an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Solid verbal and written communication skills in French and in English, German an asset.
