Nature and aim of the position
• It’s a coordination and field position to manage both Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) customers and acquiring partners assigned with the main objective to deliver the best performance in terms of hit rate and business development
• Manage a portfolio of DCC customers developing the appropriate sell-out activities
• Achieve hit rate and other sales targets taking corrective action to meet the objectives
• Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise with our services
• Maximize DCC business
• Manage a portfolio of acquiring partners in all matters related to Global Blue, namely DCC and/or Tax Free Shopping (TFS)
• Maximize business development with all acquiring partners for both DCC and TFS
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager sales campaigns or any other sales initiatives with acquiring partners
• Coordinate all administrative and back-office tasks with the group DCC teams (product, accounting)

• Financial services background
•... Knowledge about payments sector in Portugal
• Knowledge about DCC services – as a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales field position
• Experience in teams’ management and partnerships management -as a plus
• High level of English
• Proactive and solutions-driven mindset
