Robert Half are recruiting a Management Accountant role on a permanent basis with a growing business based in Trowbridge. This role would suit someone with previous experience of preparing management accounts within a stock based business (manufacturing, retail).

The role

The Management Accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager and Financial Controller and will have responsibility for preparing the monthly management accounts. The role will include but not be limited to:
• Monthly management accounts preparation.
• Journals, accruals, prepayments.
• Financial analysis.
• Partnering with non-finance stakeholders including operations.
• Opportunity to support with budgeting and forecasting.
• Other duties to support the team as required.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
• Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum).
• Previous experience of preparing management accounts (journals, accruals and prepayments as a... minimum).
• Qualified by experience, ACCA/CIMA studiers or qualified all considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills with business partnering capabilities.

• £40,000 - £45,000 base salary.
