• CPA / CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or part qualified

Job Description

As part of the Performance Management team, lead and independently manage the :

(i) Monthly accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and review of the Expenses and Headcount of UK CIB Securities Services business line

(ii) Annual & Dynamic Budget /Forecast process

(iii) Contribute to the financial management of the business line by maintaining a good working relationship with the business stakeholders, providing value added analytics and relevant reports

(iv) Implementing and ensuring the relevant accounting controls and standards are in place and adhered.

(v) Drive to support senior Stakeholders , challenge business owners

The Successful Applicant

Professional qualification in Accountancy (CPA / CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or prior relevant equivalent experience in managing... similar roles in Financial Services Industry

Proven ability to develop a synthetic view of performance problems, identifies root causes, and suggests corrective action plan.

Ability to work and interact with Functions and Business Line heads as well as with the Senior management and the Head Office stakeholders

Good knowledge of typical Performance Management systems (Oracle , SAP , Smartview)

Excellent PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
