The role is for a Senior Management Accountant - offering an excellent all round finance opportunity, with varied responsibility and lots of exposure to commercial aspects of finance.
Reporting Directly into the Finance Director you will be responsible for:
· Full ownership for the management accounts delivery and financial reporting for the Finance Function
· Lead the Business Review Meetings to drive accountability for P&Ls to Operations team and improve business performance
· Delivery of weekly sales, wages and P&L reporting and dashboards
· Key partner to Operations... managers ensuring financial performance is at a consistent high
· Lead the development of accounting controls, balance sheet recs, and month-end procedures
· Manage and develop accounting team and some line management/support responsibility
· Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies to finance and business processes. Seek and identify better ways of doing things
· Review of monthly P&Ls, profitability and margins, making recommendations for improvements
· Provide meaningful and insightful MI to assist the business with relevant decision making to drive business performance
· Support the team implement a new finance system and insights tool
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with previous strong experiences within the finance function.
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to adapt and pick up projects on an ad hoc basis.

The role is for an Assistant Management Accountant - offering an excellent all round finance opportunity, with varied responsibility and lots of progression opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management Accountant and other senior stakeholders you will be responsible for:
• Work with the other Finance team members to meet key business objectives
• Preparation, review and analysis of accurate and timely management accounts including commentary
• Continual review and improvement of procedures and financial controls
• Maintain Balance Sheet accurate reconciliations via review and preparation

Candidate Requirements:

This role is ideal for a commercially aware individual. Looking to providing accounting support, accurate and timely information to all stakeholders and to contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
Working closely with the Finance Director, you will be a integral member of the team responsible for managing reporting processes whilst also partnering with the business to provide insights and support.
Reporting Directly into the Finance Director you will be responsible for:
• Sales ledger - (sales invoicing through Xero & EDI)
• Management of Invoice Factoring facility
• Credit Control (posting of receipts from customers and chasing any unpaid invoices)
• Accounts Payables (Working through inboxes, obtaining approval of invoices, obtaining delivery notes, and posting to Xero)
• Processing of Weekly and Monthly Payroll
• Daily, weekly & monthly Management Reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Support the finance director with the preparation of year end statutory accounts & R&D submissions
• KPI reporting
• Cash flow forecasting
• Assisting with any ad hoc tasks where required.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:
· AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier with previous strong experiences within the finance function.
· Strong Excel skills
· Ability to adapt and pick up projects on an ad hoc basis.
