The main duties include:
• Preparing monthly income statements and balance sheets
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations.
• Measuring the divisions financial performance
• Presenting recommendations to company management.
• Supporting the internal accounting team.
• Performing the year end audit of the responsible division
• Evaluating, monitoring and analysing financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.
• Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers
• Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting of P&L and balance sheet
• Daily sales reporting.
•... Reviewing weekly payment runs.

Our client is looking for a candidate who:
• Has experience of month end procedures, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Is currently studying CIMA, ACCA or AAT
• Has good Excel skills, including v lookups and pivot tables
• Has the ability to communicate financial information to non financial managers
