In your new role you will :
• Security Executive is an in-house Security personnel and direct subordinate of the Security Manager, responsible for the management, operations and deployment of security manpower, resources and activities to fulfil IFKM's security needs and function.
• Lead the efficient and effective functioning of the security operation steam, electronic security systems and security equipment at IFKM at all times.

Requires extensive knowledge of security operations and system functioning as well as company goals, mission and vision.

Ensure security procedures are carried out and enforced as per required in the company policies, IFKM Security Manual and Post SOPs.

Must possess sound and in-depth understanding of the Security Manual and SOPs.

Directly lead the outsourced security team as well as ensure proper deployment of the right personnel at Security posts and the correct application of Forms and Checklists.

Requires leadership and communication skills, as well... as situational awareness and "terrain-knowledge".

Review & improve security means, methods, manuals (SOPs) and machines(systems & equipment) to face contemporary compliance challenges and company needs, including with risk assessment & mitigation activities.

Requires deep knowledge of security operations & system functioning.

Support other IFKM Departments with security resources, enforcement and investigation, as and when warranted and justifiable or if instructed by the IFKM Security Manager.

Requires investigation and communication skills, with project management awareness.

Prepare and submit project, task completion and daily reports in the format and with the content as desired by the IFKM Security Manager.

Requires good writing and presentation skills.

Ensure continuous briefing, training and competency level improvement activities for Security Assistants, SCC members, Security Supervisors and Project Executive.

Requires leadership skills and good understanding of security competencies.

Liaise with external law enforcement agencies like PDRM, Immigration, AADK, KITA-KCSC on crime prevention and enforcement topics, as required by IFKM Management.

Requires good collaboration and communication skills.

Carry out other lawful instructions and work delegated by the IFKM Security Manager, and cover his and Security System Owner in their absence (on weekends & Public Holidays).

Requires good sense of responsibility and ownership over IFKM security function and individual roles.

You are best equipped for this task if you have :
• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Management / Criminology or related discipline as required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in managing site security system and operation in a large manufacturing plant.
• Good communication skills & PC literate (MS Office)
• Strong and visible leadership, motivation and coaching skills.
• Able to perform rotating 12 hours shift.
• Knowledge in Information security would be an added advantage.
• Required to have basic knowledge of security system Eg CCTV, card reader & etc
