Drive risk awareness, operational excellence and behavioural changes with our clients - especially changes in culture and leadership Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams delivering complex projects and leading work streams Contribute to sales by producing high quality proposals, solutions design as well as participating in client business development meetings Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence and/or environmental sustainability Actively engage with clients through meetings, interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement effective solutions Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites Drive performance improvements by assisting client management teams in adjusting its governance
