How You’ll Add Value

Recording of accounting entries related to expenses, revenue, and inventory.
Ensures monthly account reconciliations are completed timely and research any reconciliation variance
Acts as a liaison to between ID Germany and other entities and coordinates intercompany reconciliation
Assists in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory sub-ledgers for certain subsidiary entities
Ensuring SEPA... payments are accurately disbursed and recorded
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Familiar with the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Recording and reconciliation of payroll-related accounts for several European countries
Ensuring the VAT will be recorded accurately as well as prepare the monthly VAT declaration to the fiscal authorities

What You’re Bringing with You

3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
Highly analytical, motivated, and collaborative team player.
Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
English and fluent German speaking
Bachelor’s degree required. (Accounting or Finance
Frankfurt an der Oder Germany
