Your Challenge

Every day is an adventure when you work in the Travel & Tourism sector, helping people with wanderlust live their travel dreams. In this role you will work closely with partners and customers with a variety of relocation-related matters connected to hotel bookings and flights. With your exceptional communication skills you will listen to their needs and offer effective assistance wether navigating queries, overbooking, managing an incorrect booking, updating... information or redirecting to a more relevant department. You wil have a blend of communication tools such telephone, email and chat systems.
