Long standing history with presence in different regions, this educational institution is looking for a high calibre Finance Manager (AR team) to help with the growing needs of the business in Singapore.

about the job

You will oversee and manage the AR team of more than 5 headcount. You will review month-end reports and yearly audit schedules. You will review Aging Reports and Bank Reconciliation. You will be responsible for solving operational issues and be the link to various business units. Ensuring strict compliance to audit and Edutrust standards is non negotiable. Staff management is also important as you will be expected to motivate, train and develop talents. You need to ensure that team members cover each other whenever one is absent and participate in recruitment activities should the need arise.

You will be working together in a team of competent, driven and proactive individuals. They are strong team... players and would render you that helping hand whenever needed.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess an accounting or finance degree and possess at least 5 years of working experience in Finance and 3 years of experience in management positions. Prior knowledge in Navision is an advantage and a background in education would be most ideal. You are a strong communicator to liaise with stakeholders and am able to motivate and facilitate a large team well.
