HP has launched HP's channel sustainability program, Amplify Impact in February 2021, with the objective to extend HP's sustainable impact strategy to empower our partners to drive lasting, positive change and maximize sustainable business opportunities. We are now delighted to support >3500 partners in 43 countries in their journey This is an opportunity to be part of that journey and to make a real, positive, and sustainable impact.
We are looking for an Amplify Impact Market Operations Lead for the North America who will be responsible for leading and implementing Amplify Impact operations, HP's Sustainable Impact program, for our channel partners.
They will be accountable for ensuring that the Amplify Impact program in their region meets its targets and for supporting the partners to meet their Amplify Impact Goals.
This person will work in close partnership with HP's Amplify Enablement Lead, Partner Business Managers (PBMs) and market organizations, HP sustainability team and the HP Commercial Organization (CO) sustainability lead.
This person will also represent Amplify Impact in the North America cross-HP sustainability operational forums/meetings, working with the other organizations as needed.
You will:
• Be accountable to deliver Amplify Impact Goals across North America
• Support Catalyst Amplify Impact Partners in their overall Sustainability journey to reach their goals
• Support Changemaker partners to develop and implement their Sustainability plan.
• Develop / Implement tracking system to monitor partner progress
• Be 'the face' of Amplify Impact for North America customers - mainly on Zoom, however customer interaction with top 20 partners will likely to be needed
• Develop, execute and own governance, including setting and driving meeting cadence
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborate with management and program team
• Create report outs and presentations detailing results and progress towards objective
• Be the key focus point for Amplify Impact across North America
• Develop and maintain Amplify Impact North America Dashboards
Responsibilities :
• Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights.
• Works independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.
• Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
• Manages complex, time- sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.
• Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
• Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
• Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
• Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
• Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Musts:
• Passionate and knowledgeable on Sustainability (with particular experience or knowledge of at least one area of Planet, People, Community as described in HP's Sustainable Impact strategy )
• Bachelor or Masters - ideally with Sustainability
• Strong proven program management skills / project management skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Outstanding sales management skills with experience of meeting business targets blended with strong customer concentricity, always thinking of the needs of our end customers and how to best address them, and to support our Partners to do so
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities and workstreams to deliver to deadlines
• Extensive experience managing by influence across complex and sometimes political environments and managing multiple stakeholders across multiple sales zones
• Excellent team player, interpersonal, communication and influence skills
• Strong work ethic, proven self-starter with excellent problem solving organization and networking skills
• Multi-lingual with fluent English plus ideally one of the following languages - Spanish
Desired:
• Experience in IT industry or marketing / business development
• Experience with cross-functional teams and programs with complex and diverse content
• Knowledge of regional markets, major customers and competitors
• Experience delivering goals through partners / with partner collaboration
• An understanding of our business and our Partners' businesses
• Successful international experience - reconciling the needs of vastly different markets and cultures
Education and Experience Required:
• Typically 4-8 years work experience in strategy, program management, sustainability, operations, or related functional area.
• Advanced university degree or demonstrable equivalent.
