Our Client is a New Zealand family owned, operated company and a major supplier of concrete products and aggregates in New Zealand. With 12 branches in Auckand, the busy Takapuna Branch is looking for a Counter Sales Team Member to join the friendly team on a full time basis.

The Role:
• Answer all incoming customer enquires through phone, email and walk-ins.
• Co-ordinate loading and delivery of goods with yard staff in a timely and efficient matter.
• Carry out of cash-handling, banking and reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Accurate data entry of all in-coming orders through their computer order entry system.
• Liaise with Sale Reps on orders and product queries.
• 3rd Saturday worked every month (7am - 12pm)

Skills & Experience:
• Customer Service
• Forward thinker and problem solver
• Computer Savvy
• Previous trade background (Beneficial not Essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Driving experience with Class 1 or above (Beneficial not Essential)
