Would you like the opportunity to be our in-house expert on IT security and infrastructure, working closely with our third-party providers to keep our systems secure?

The IT Campus Manager, is responsible for managing IT services at our London... Head Office in close collaboration with the global IT function (e.g., SD and Infrastructure). You will be an integral part of the team and your role will involve participating in the design and implementation of technological solutions implemented on the site. You will support with Training & Development with the workforce and will work with Senior Management to ensure cost effective solutions are implemented to improve IT efficiencies.

Within a matrix model, you will be the people manager of the IT resources reporting to the global IT function.

The person in this role will have to manage the IT equipment purchase process as well as the local IT budget and will also be responsible for the management of IT providers and the service they provide.


The ideal candidate

We are looking for an IT Campus Manager who has natural leadership capabilities that allow them to oversee a team of IT professionals on a daily basis. They stay up-to-date on the latest hardware and software available to help enhance company operations. Furthermore they will use their experience installing, updating and repairing hardware or software to train and assist their team in their day to day tasks. They will be a strong communicator with the ability to make cost saving recommendations to our Senior Management Team and they will also be experienced in implementing policies and procedures to help strengthen the IT function across the Group.
