Job Description

Experience
• 2-3 years’ experience as a company secretary, in the risk management and compliance department and/or in Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

Section 88 of the Companies Act
• Guiding directors in order to ensure compliance with the board charter and relevant regulatory instruments
• Identify any failure on the part of the company or a director to comply with the Memorandum of Incorporation or rules of the company or the Companies Act.
