Responsible for warehouse operationEnsure all incoming and outgoing delivery are complete on timeGeneral housekeeping and safety/equipment in the warehouse are up to performance standard.Ensure the smooth flow of all delivery and warehouse activities.Coordinating with drivers and Logistics.Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-worker.Plan and perform stock take.Assist in stock control & coordinate with Operation Manager.Coordinate with sales department to fulfil and manage sales order including packing, quality and scheduling of delivery.Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as requested by management.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.At least 2-3 years of working experience in warehouse line.Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.Committed to work and responsible at task given.Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.Proficient in PC application : MS Excel, MS Office... MS Power Point
