Main Responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing leads and generating sales for our military seminars and exhibition events, as well as online advertising space in our digital magazine and website. You will work closely with the CEO to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities.

a. Generate leads for exhibition space and online advertising in our digital magazine and website
b. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
c. Attend industry events and conferences to promote our company and generate leads
d. Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
e. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
f. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create targeted campaigns for potential clients
g. Provide regular updates and reports on sales and business development activities.
h. Maintain database, update database regularly.
i. Achieve targets... laid down in terms of revenue.

Required Candidate profileDesired Candidate Profile
(Must Have)
a. Be able to interact effectively with the client companies and executives in English at all levels.
b. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
c. Experience in the events industry, particularly in events and exhibitions, is a plus.
d. Strong communication and presentation skillse.
e. Ability to work as part of a team and independently maintain all aspects of clients accounts.
f. Punctual and presentable.
g. Willingness to travel as needed

Note: Experience will carry more weight than educational qualifications. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Perks and Benefits

Salary Rs 45,000 per month all inclusive.
Incentive and/or bonus for the right candidate according to performance.
Daily allowance and travel benefits for out station (outside NCR) work as per company policy, which may be two times in a year.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
