Primary Responsibilities
• Represent the company through individual client relationships with a professional image
• Work with clients to establish cost of production risk profiles in proprietary company software
• Prepare a formal market plan and implement decisions
• Execute trading using cash contracts, futures/options, and insurance based products
• Work with the DVi team to develop client recommendations, analyze markets, and participate in company speaking engagements

• Knowledge of futures, options, and cash trading strategies
• Driven, independent, organized, self-starter
• Strong financial concept understanding, mathematical, analytical skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office products
• Exceptional communication skills
• Able to work in high demand/stress environment
• Detail focused and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Function independently in a team player atmosphere
• Service oriented with a passion to help agricultural businesses succeed

Experience/Educational Needs
• Training, coursework, or related experience in any of the following: Ag economics, Grain Merchandiser, Production Agriculture, Farm Management, Dairy Nutrition, and Commodity Trading.
• Bachelors degree or similar experience in commodity trading position.
• Company is willing to train various aspects of the position, but having a good understanding of the production agriculture with an emphasis on grain and/or dairy is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
