The client is looking for an incumbent that will carry out all management accounting roles for one of the biggest malls by size in Africa. The company manages the mall’s assets on behalf of two primary shareholders, one being a listed Real Estate Investment Trust and the other a developer.

Responsibilities includes managing all financial roles for the company, including managing bank accounts, drafting financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, VAT returns, audit oversight, management reporting etc. Strong similar experience in the property industry will beneficial. Knowledge of MDA system will be an advantage. Very strong interpersonal and communication skills an absolute requirement.
