Our client, a well-established international bank, is looking for a AVP for supporting the Sponsor Coverage business in Asia.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with financial sponsors and other key clients
• Identifying potential M&A, DCM, TLB and financing opportunities for private equity clients and their portfolio companies
• Supporting the execution of fund-level transaction, including conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and managing the deal process
• Coordinating with other internal teams, such as investment banking, capital markets, and credit risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree Holder
• 5+ years of work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity, with a focus on sponsor coverage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
