As a Senior Connected Vehicle Technical Architect you would be responsible for:
Managing a team of Connected Vehicle Architects for the North American Region
Provide technical leadership and expertise and make technical decisions in collaboration with the global architecture team
Resolve technical issues related to the offboard cloud platform to ensure the proper functioning of the end to end feature solution
Represent the technical team in management meetings to convey complex technical solutions in an easy to understand business messages
Ensure the technical designs are completed in a timely manner to support the timely development of features

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
10 plus years of experience with large scale distributed systems including client/server and Internet Technologies
5 plus years of experience in the field of Connected Vehicle Excellent analysis skills, problem solving and organization skills
Passionate about delivering high quality solutions
Self-starter, strong sense of ownership, gets things done
Capable of making timely decisions while dealing with uncertainties and incomplete information
Strong written and oral communication skills
Skilled in Java 8, micro services, REST APIs, event based architectures, message bus (Kafka, AMQP), mongodb, redis, test automation frameworks, monitoring tools, AWS, Oauth2, deployment strategies
Exhibit flexibility, prioritization and the ability to multitask
Good team player and work well with people
Experience working with a global teams including supporting global time zones and be able to work with multiple suppliers
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a business or technical field Experience working in a Continuous Integration & Delivery model
