Senior Support Worker Would you like to deliver care and support in a new and dynamic supported living service? Do you go that extra mile to ensure that people feel valued and respected? You will be working in a supported accommodation environment, as senior support worker, managing a team of support staff and working closely with the management team, providing support to adults aged 18+ who have learning disabilities/mental health issues. You will enable people to reach their full potential and support them to improve their independent living skills in their own home. We are an individual flat scheme, where each person we support has their own flat and tenancy, where they are supported to develop their independent living skills so that they can live more independently and do activities for themselves, while also accessing and becoming a valued member of their local community.
