Our Client is a national retail pharmacy chain, with numerous outlets across Indonesia. They have established a strong pharmacy chain that makes them competitive in the market. They are aggressive in expansion and are planning to expand their coverage to more cities in Indonesia, hence looking for a Licensing Manager

Job Description
• Conduct commercial capability gap assessment in line with the business objective, including gap assessment in number of new outlets / coverage
• Conduct survey to potential areas and buildings for new outlet
• Assess building eligibility for pharmacy outlet, according to regulation
• Build team KPI for effective and efficient process for survey, property rent, pharmacy license obtainment
• Develop, deploy and drive governance around the licensing SOP
• Develop a strong business analytics function that drives improved funnel management, assists in generating insights, fosters capture of competitive intelligence and... defines/tracks/reports right KPI to drive performance across channels.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor degree from pharmacy major (Apothecary background)
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail pharmacy chain
• Strategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic location for pharmacy outlet
• Market analysis skill is a must
• Understand pharmacy outlet regulation
• Strong network with Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia (IAI) and local authorities
• Teaming skills - Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is preferred
