Consideration Criteria / Job Scope:
• Handle multiple accounts and foster positive relationships with all customer touchpoints.
• Increase client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director, Studio Manager, and Designers on day-to-day operational processes, including campaign setup, receiving creative assets or tags, trafficking, optimisation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics, and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
• Recommend campaign tools such as digital, traditional and other media platforms.
• Prepare and present creative proposals.
• Utilise technical tools and quantitative data to... effectively manage campaigns, ensuring success, high customer satisfaction, and renewal.
• Maintain weekly campaign status documents for review.
• Work closely with Finance Department for billing setup and invoicing.
• Adhere to established processes and workflows related to campaign setup, creative execution, ad trafficking, campaign management, creative assets, and campaign reporting.
• Provide input on new processes and workflows when required.
