What is the role:

Fleet Solutions Key Account Manager role requires exceptional skill and focus on customer portfolio/relationship management while hunting out new business within your market. This is a role for someone with passion for customers and sales, and desires to help their customers navigate through the energy transition.

What you need to deliver:

• Achieve and execute sales plans and key account plans to deliver year on year financial growth.

• Be responsible for the P&L for your designated set of accounts.

• Hunt for new accounts as well as farm your existing account base through referrals or by solution selling our alternative energy portfolio menu.

• Experience adhering to a sales excellence framework processes (i.e. Sales First) and role modelling Sales First behaviours.

• Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts to support them through a tailored decarbonisation framework plan.

• Has high level of customer ownership and able to... work with Customer Operations, Marketing, Credit to ensure highest standard of service for your customers.

What you need to have:

• 6+ years doing sales in B2B fuel mobility payments environment

• Basic knowledge in EV charging, carbon credits, solar, and telematics is advantageous but not necessary

• Demonstrated track record of consistent top sales performance

• “Let’s do it!” mentality, with strong positive attitude

• Entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset with a passion for sales, customer and closing deals

• Customer obsession with genuine curiosity and courage to understand customers’ real needs and to challenge them to offer the right solutions

• Excellent communication and networking skills

• Experience in big data/digital sales lead generation, value selling and negotiation of high value contracts

• Innovative mind to always be ahead of competition

• Learner mindset, daring to fall and get up again stronger and quickly

• Grit with a 'never, ever give up' attitude
