Job Description:
• Manage the social media calendar for FB, and INS, coordinating the overall social media strategy while leading the day-to-day management of our Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube channels through posting, engaging, and monitoring.
• Coordinate the creation of social media assets and maintain the visual brand identity of Infinix on social media.
• Working alongside... key internal teams (product marketing, brand management, public relations, etc.) managing the social media strategy of Infinix with a focus on growing reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and social media platform teams to ensure Infinix Turkey follows industry best practices and develops content that maximizes exposure and reaches, according to changes in social media algorithms and trends.
• Stay on top of the social media strategies employed by direct Infinix competitors and proactively analyze and report on learnings brands with competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development
• Responsible for strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness about Infinix products and brand building in Turkey
• Create quarterly and monthly digital marketing campaign plans while working with internal managers to allocate resources to specific projects - product launches, videos, partnerships, video campaigns, etc
• Strong reporting and analysis skills to optimize campaigns for overall brand awareness, social media engagement, lead generation, and revenue/sales.
• Build platform and relationships with celebrities and influencers to extend reach; Drive meaningful social listening approach with agency support, and come up with a KOL influence model to consistently improve social WOM.
• Manage PR agency to ensure the agency delivers in accordance with the contract and agreed plans
• Maintains ongoing relationships with the media and oversees the media relations program. Works closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to ensure close alignment on all Sales & Marketing activities and communications.
