What you will do:

• You will take our customer journey to the next level.
• You will need to be closely aligned with all internal teams and more to understand where you will have the most impact and identify the best opportunities.
• You will lead projects to continuously develop new/further project and process.
• You will identify the operational... weaknesses and elaborate optimization proposals.
• You will monitor KPIs, improve and challenge them.
• You will need to challenge all our partners and colleagues.
• You will be empowered by data to drives results.
• You will stay focus on the end customer (Clients – B2B Partners – Retailers).
• Your creativity and ambition won’t be limited.

Who we are looking for:

• You are graduated of a Bachelor/Master and you already got experience in those fields and ideally in start-ups.
• You are autonomous to drive project to the end, identifying the right stakeholders.
• You are at ease with data, excel and the office tools. Tableau/SQL is a plus.
• You are fluent in English (and any other languages would be a bonus).
• You are highly structured, with strong organizational talent.
• You are good at identifying problem and even better at solving them.
• You want to be challenged and to challenge others.
• You are open-minded and curious.
• Ideally, you can spot any sort of opportunities and turn them into companywide projects.
