Fórum Selecção is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) for Banking Client_Lx

Main Tasks:
• Design and implement meaningful project framework (structure, governance, scope, roadmap, etc.);
• Lead the execution of the project, ensuring the scope is delivered on time, on quality and on budget;
• Lead meetings and workshops, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results;
• Support when and wherever relevant in implementing project outcomes;
• Ensure the efficient management of project resources;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement mindset across the teams;
• Design and own a reporting setup to provide regular status update to sponsors.
Profile
• Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Engineering;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management is required;
• Excellent command of English. French is a plus;
• Previous experience in an investment banking and/or strategy and management consulting would be appreciated;
• Mastery of project management... methodologies and tools;
• Proficient command of Microsoft tools;
• Strong written and verbal communication;
• Highly organised and able to multitask;
• Able to take on the facilitator role, mobilising project contributors appropriately;
• Energetic, proactive, determined, drives change, positive, goalfocused and consistent;
• Create an open and supportive atmosphere, encouraging others to express themselves;
• Capable of delivering impactful presentations to the internal clients;
• Act with discretion, privacy, confidentiality.
