Project Manager (m/f/d) (Matosinhos, Portugal)

We are looking for a motivated project manager (m/f/d) at our subsidiary in Portugal in Matosinhos with significant experience managing institutionally funded projects within a technical environment. This is a rare opportunity allowing you to be involved in demanding space structure development that is supported by major, parallel test campaigns allowing us to close

- iteration development cycles at fast pace. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating

- performance engineering solutions while keeping production costs at an absolute minimum.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for

- million Euro projects on national and international level

• Lead and coordinate complex project organizations

• You will work across projects on all project management aspects to achieve projects objectives (time, budget, quality, risk)

• Create and update

- disciplinary project schedules frequently and put them into practice

• Responsible for the submission of project deliverables on time and on budget, while managing risks proactively

• Interface management of projects between institutional (AICEP, ESA, PT-Space) and industrial entities

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Business Engineer or related discipline

• You bring technical affinity and a deep technical understanding

• 3-5-year work experience as a Project Manager (f/m/d) – in the space industry is a plus

• Self-independent, proactive and structured way of working

• Fluent English oral and written

• Fluency in Portuguese will be beneficial

• Social intelligence combined with a leading personality complete your profile

• Cost and risk awareness and business acumen characterize your way of working
