JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the contract, commercial and claims management aspects of FIDIC Contract for the Building & Civil Engineering Works of approximately 6.5Kms of Viaduct, Bridge and Railway Track Structure including construction of Underground Station connecting to Clark International Airport including the MEPF works
In-charge o VO's and Claims registers and dealing with contractual notices, costing, and qualification of construction works, IPA/IPCs, CPAs, FCs, EOTs and prolongation cost submissions, and commercial inputs on resolution of several complex issues.
