Agente Back Office Assistenza Clienti – Italiano

Responsabilità:
• Seguire il processo "WIP: WORK IN PROGRESS" degli ordini di servizio interfacciandosi con Centri di assistenza, Referenti interni della SBU (Ricambi e supporto tecnico), utenti finali. (outbound activity)
• Proattivo supporto ai centri assistenza per velocizzare i tempi di riparazione.
• Collaborare con il Referente della SBU per le parti di ricambio al fine di per supportare i centri di assistenza nelle seguenti attività:
• Ricerca codici parti di ricambio e relativo prezzo sui gestionali aziendali
• Controllo disponibilità nei Magazzini locali ed UE
• Controllo ETA parti di ricambio
• Gestione reclami parti di ricambio ricevuti errati e/o danneggiati
• Controllo e registrazione delle fatture emesse dai centri di assistenza
• Supporto nell’attività di gestione rientro prodotti oggetto di sostituzione

Requisiti:
• Ottimo livello scritto e parlato della lingua italiana
• Ottimo livello scritto e parlato della lingua inglese
• Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint….)
• Buone capacità organizzative e problem solving
• Esperienza in analoga posizione lavorativa
