Challenge:

With 14 years of market presence, our client specializes in the "Prime" segment, offering exceptional expertise in housing and investment products. Their dedicated team of professionals provides top-quality services, guiding clients through property selection, and seamless transactions, and delivering outstanding architectural and interior design solutions. They are looking for a professional for their office in Cascais for the position of Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing.

Main Missions:
• Creation and execution of social media marketing strategies;
• Capture and editing of property photography and videos (reels, teasers & presentation videos);
• Content creation and copywriting for social media and the clients website;
• Management and... strategic planning of brand visibility and impact across key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.;
• Data analysis, metrics tracking, and report generation.

Profile:
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field;
• Proficiency in the English language (C1/C2);
• Experience in editing software tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut, and/or Premiere;
• At least 1 year of experience in the creation and management of content for websites, social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters;
• Drivers license; preferably with own vehicle;
• Extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for video and real estate photography, alongside adeptness in image editing.
