GABCON, an inland dry port and container terminal, that aims to be a modern container hub and freight village, invites suitably qualified, dynamic and results oriented Batswana to join its team in pursuit of an aggressive strategic business plan, in the following role;SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVEThe successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation and driving of sales and marketing programmes geared at stimulating customer interest and brand activation, while pursuing new sales leads in order to drive rapid, sustainable business growth.The incumbent will be responsible for the following, key performance areas;

Develop and maintain good business relationships with existing customers through personal contact, cold calling, networking and social media.Seek new sales opportunities by implementing strategic marketing communication and/or campaigns.Continually measure the mileage gained from the marketing strategies.Support and implement the creation of compelling... and ambitious Brand vision and strategies.Conduct market research to identify potential emerging market and selling opportunities.Compile and analyze customer complaints and design a targeted remedial approach.Participate and drive Gabcon brand activation activities at business expos, seminars and exhibitions.Qualifications & Experience:B-Com or any recognized qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales and or related field.At least Three (3) years minimum work experience in a sales & marketing environment.Knowledge & understanding of the use of MS suite, ACCPAC.Good written and verbal communication skills.
