A rapidly-growing company developing industry-specific workforce management software solutions is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of collaborating with different teams for various project-related tasks. The US-based company is providing installation, setup, and training as well as software customization, support, and maintenance services to businesses. This role requires some overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct rapid, informal MVP iterations and make more structured software models
• Work autonomously and as a team member to meet set goals
• Demonstrate strong product ownership and be willing to take important decisions under ambiguous situations
• Brainstorm ideas within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss design and implementation concepts
• Handle cross-cutting concerns, including dependency injection, inheritance, and filters

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in... Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• Extensive experience in C#, LINQ, Entity framework, MS SQL, stored proCS, Web API, and MVC
• Prolific experience in REST/ JSON, WCF, Microservices, and Angular
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with large, complex and enterprise-scale business applications
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end Microsoft and open JavaScript framework technologies
• Must have experience working with Azure services such as functions, queues, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Apps
• Experience in Windows and Linux forms development and .NET data handling is a plus
• Demonstrable experience working with Microservices/ large scale applications
• Nice to have experience in Javascript framework technologies and SaaS
• Experience in Devops, MySQL, and Dapper is nice to have
• Prior experience building software architecture
• Strong analytical skills
• Nice to have experience with Oauth, JWT, OO, Git
• Experience in CI/CD is preferred but not required
• Passionate about working in the healthcare industry
• Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA and general privacy compliance is a plus
