Dentons Rodyk is... seeking a Paralegal to assist the Corporate Real Estate Department. The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers on real estate matters (relating to land rights, acquisition, disposals or financing of real estate assets etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle real estate matters relating to development and collective sales, manage workflow and files
• Organize and track files for important transactions or case documents
• Research and electronic filing of documents and perform legal drafting
• Assist with case planning, legal research, gather facts and retrieves information, draft and analyse legal documents
• Provide secretarial/administrative support to the lawyers

Job Requirements:
• Diploma qualification
• Good command of written and oral English
• Good head for details and able to multi-task
• Team player
• Strong analytical and word processing skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates with real estate or legal training and/or experience in urban planning background will have an advantage
