We’re also a convenient partner for over 1700 employers and B2B partners who manage their health and sports compensation through our secure environment. It helps to save accountings time and provides access to many gyms, active hobbies, wellness facilities, spa centres, massages, needed medical services or any other wellbeing-enhancing service their employees might need. We even got medical insurance and sporting equipment!

Although we have a continuously growing user and client base in the Baltics, our ambition is to grow globally. We’re currently focusing on the Baltics with nearly 50 Stebbians... working across four offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Vilnius and Riga.

About the job

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist who would help our sales team to fast-track Stebby’s growth in Lithuania. You’d be an important part of a small team that does a lot of sales, a little bit of marketing and extraordinary customer support locally in Vilnius. We are a startup, so no day will be the same, but your main goal will be to ensure a high-quality sales process for B2B Clients to grow the share of our corporate client revenue.

This is a perfect position for someone intrigued by the startup world and eager work on the commercial side of it. Ideally, you have some previous telesales or direct sales experience and want to put those skills to good use - by setting up Stebby for growth within the health & wellness space in Lithuania.

What you will do
• Growing the customer base with active sales to both warm and cold B2B Clients.
• Proactively communicating with customers by phone, online, and face-to-face.
• Conducting DEMO-meetings.
• Employing growth hacking tactics to increase the efficiency of the client discovery process.
• Working with CRM (Pipedrive) and keeping it tidy.
• Helping and advising customers on the onboarding.
• Maintaining and warming customer relations.

What we are looking for
• Both health & wellness and sales make your eyes sparkle.
• Great communicator and proactive seller.
• Previous experience in telesales, direct sales, customer on-boarding and/or support.
• Experience working within the health insurance or IT software sales would be a big advantage.
• Willingness to grow professionally together with Stebby and develop yourself.
• A sense of ownership, ability to work independently and decent work ethic.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English skills. Your primary working language will be Lithuanian.
