Job description

Responsibilities:
• Carrying out general accounting and administrative duties as necessary.
• Responding to vendor, auditor and employee inquiries regarding invoices.
• Prepare for the monthly bank reconciliation.
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Ensure the payment to vendors is made on time.
• Ensure completeness of payment approval and documentation - Date stamping all new invoices and then forwarding them onto the appropriate department heads.
• Entering vendor invoices into AP system, preparing and mailing checks and communicating with vendors.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
• Must understand basic accounting principles, such as debits and credits as well as experienced in SAP system.
• Possess with 2 to 3 years’ experiences.
• Able to work independently.
