We are currently seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to join our AERO team in our Joo Koon, Singapore office. Reporting to the Senior Plant Manager, your focus will be responsible to assure that quality processes comply with the product specification and regulatory government agencies requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement monitor and maintain Quality Management System (QMS... to AS9100C, Regulatory, & contractual requirements
Responsible for both internal and external customers complaints
Analysis quality data and provide information for management team to make decision
Coordinate and conduct periodic internal system audit, products audit etc.
Coordinate RCCA process and responsible for nonconforming database maintenance.
Implement Built in Quality
Organize and coordinate company overall quality-related training.
Support Manufacturing with inspection techniques and coordinate PRB process.
Ensure supplier quality processes are in control and manage RMRA process.
Supports / Leads Honeywell Operation System behaviors, systems, and processes to continually improve competitiveness.
Meet or exceed AOP commitments for key quality metrics.
Determine the organization framework and human resources needed of quality department
Provide effective leadership, guidance, coaching, communication, learning and development for the quality personnel.
Create a work environment conductive to employee morale, motivation, growth, and teamwork to accomplish performance objectives
Ensure inspector and operator’s inspection skill qualification and acceptance stamp management
Follow Health Safety Environment (HSE) policy. Audit QE and inspector HSE behavior.
Establish, maintain, and improve metrics in Quality and Continuous Improvement

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years progressive experience in Aerospace or related Technical Field
Minimum 4 years in leadership positions including people management
Familiar with AS9100/ISO
9000 quality system.
Good communication skills
Greenbelt Certification, Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification desirable
